It was great to work with Cynthia in connection with the purchase of our first home! She was very responsive and helpfully explained every step of the process. Cynthia Miller is truly full service, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and she went out and found options that fit our needs and budget. In a very competitive market she crafted an offer that not only fit our needs but beat out several competitive offers, including two offers that were higher than we paid for the home. During the escrow process she adeptly managed a very nervous sellers agent and protected us all the way through. I can honestly say that if Cynthia was not our agent during this process we would not be living in our dream home!

I wanted to take a moment to rave about Cynthia Miller of Cynthia Miller Properties because she is truly exceptional at what she does.

When I bought my first place, I knew nothing about real estate, especially when it came to townhomes and HOAs. Cynthia didn’t just show me properties, she guided me through the entire process with so much care. She even took it upon herself to dig into the financial health of each HOA and even steered me away from an HOA that had recently experienced embezzlement! Eventually, we found a place that became my dream home with the BEST HOA- truly! I didn’t see it at first, but she helped me look past the surface and see the potential and the value of the location. She handled the negotiation, the inspection process, and all the details right through to the day I got my keys.

Fast forward to today. I still so love my townhouse, but as my kids grew, so did our need for more space. One Sunday night, I saw a house on Zillow that had been sitting on the market with a big price drop. I texted Cynthia, and she called me right away. She arranged a showing that night for the very next day. Unlike a townhouse, buying an actual house felt like an entirely different level of overwhelming, and I had plenty of moments of panic. Cynthia was there through all of it, answering questions, talking through scenarios, and keeping everything on track. As of last Friday, I am officially a single-family homeowner, and I truly could not have done it without her.
