It was great to work with Cynthia in connection with the purchase of our first home! She was very responsive and helpfully explained every step of the process. She was very knowledgeable about our search area and the general prices in that area (i.e., the valley) and was able to point us to neighborhoods that we had not known about and/or had previously dismissed. Cynthia Miller is truly full service, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and she went out and found options that fit our needs and budget. In a very competitive market she crafted an offer that not only fit our needs but beat out several competitive offers, including two offers that were higher than we paid for the home. During the escrow process she adeptly managed a very nervous sellers agent and protected us all the way through. I can honestly say that if Cynthia was not our agent during this process we would not be living in our dream home!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Cynthia and have recommended her to all of my friends searching for homes. My search process took over a year and a half, and Cynthia was wonderful through the whole process, being especially patient with this first time home buyer. When I felt discouraged and wanted to pause on the process, she was extremely respectful of my decision, but a few months in she called me saying she wouldn't bother me except for the most perfect house, and sure enough, she was right!
